Automatic palletisation of heavy goods makes end-of-line packaging so much easier. We do not only offer compact palletising cells but also powerful multi-station or central palletising systems for integration behind your packaging line. By using customised vacuum suction or gripper systems we ensure the safe and fast palletisation of your products.

Versatile palettisation through robot technology

The combination of reliable 4- or 6-axes robots by world market leaders and ETT’s advanced gripperhead technology and control concepts results in versatile system solutions, which can optionally be complemented with magazines for empty pallets or slip-sheets and integrated pallet wrappers, or designed as single, multi-station or zentral palletising systems.

Thanks to the superordinate PLC, our palletising systems can easily be operated via the standard ETT user surface on the HMI device. Both the palletisers and depalletisers can be seamlessly connected to an upstream ETT-packaging line. In addition, a programme for the in-house creation of palletising patterns with subsequent transfer to the robot is optionally available. Any customer-specific requirements can be implemented without difficulty and ETT’s After-Sales Service Team would be pleased to maintain your system and train your operating staff.

Greiferköpfe

Abhängig von der Aufgabenstellung und -leistung erhalten Sie die optimale Greiferkopfauslegung von uns, wobei die komplette Konstruktion und Fertigung im Hause ETT umgesetzt wird. Bei allen Greiferköpfen ist optional die Ergänzung für Paletten- oder Zwischenlagenhandling möglich

Klemmbackengreiferkopf
Die Kanalgruppierung mit Linienaufteiler ist für eine hohe Leistung konzipiert. Dank dem einfachen Aufbau sind außerdem sowohl Umrüstzeit als auch Formatteilkosten sehr gering gehalten, zudem ist eine automatische Formatteilverstellung verfügbar.
Gabelgreiferkopf
In der Lagenvorsammlung werden die Produkte reihenweise abgeschoben und als komplette Lage in die Umverpackung gesetzt. Durch die elektromechanischen Linearachsen eignet sich diese Vorsammlung optimal für die vollautomatische Verstellung.
Vakuumgreiferkopf
Die Multistep ist eine zweizügige Fächerkette in der die Produkte einzeln vorgesammelt und blockweise entnommen werden. Sie stellt damit die ideale Lösung für empfindliche, wenig staufähige Produkte dar und eignet sich zudem hervorragend zum Aufrichten von flach einlaufenden aber vertikal einzupackenden Produkten.

LAYER PALETTISERS

Versatile palettisation through robot technology

Layer palletisers are the perfect solution for higher case speed requirements or very confined spaces. With their standard stainless-steel finish and the product infeed integrated at the top, the layer palletisers cover a speed range from 20 to 45 cases per min. Magazines for empty pallets or slip-sheets are optionally available for integration. The cases are fed into the collating unit where they are aligned and positioned before being pushed onto a controlled layer plate. Once a complete layer of goods has been collated on this plate, the entire layer is loaded onto the pallet.
This machine is purchased from a long-standing system partner and optimised with ETT’s know-how.
