Our many years of experience gained in numerous successful machine commissionings helped us to introduce a service system that allows us to develop a customised packaging machine for every customer and every need – quickly and with the flexibility needed. In addition to our expertise, we offer our customers project management directly from the manufacturer. We see it as our duty to personally look after the packaging machines commissioned at the customer’s site throughout their entire service life. We also pass on our know-how to your operating staff to help you to ensure their qualification and the trouble-free operation of your ETT packaging machines.

INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE

Maximum security – thanks to ETT’s service modules

Sophisticated technology requires inspection and maintenance at regular intervals. Our experienced service technicians support your throughout the entire service life of your ETT packaging machine – to ensure maximum product safety. Inspection, maintenance and examination of the safety equipment are carried out at your factory by an ETT expert, who can also carry out all maintence and repair work and document it in a maintenance record and status report. Of course, we also provide you with all required wear and service parts for your packaging machine. If you have concluded a maintenance contract with us, you even benefit from a discount on spare parts. Regular maintenance ensures high reliability and durability of your packaging machine while keeping downtimes and unplanned costs at a low level.

CUSTOMER TRAINING

Save valuable time with training sessions tailored to your requirements!

Experienced ETT-experts are happy to pass their knowhow on to your staff and teach them their comprehensive knowledge of operating and changeover procedures (e. g. size changeovers) as well as troubleshooting of ETT packaging machines. Of course, our customer training sessions are tailored to your specific needs and the packaging machines installed at your site. These customer training sessions provide support in efficient teaching of training subjects and the implementation of competencies tailored to the areas of responsibility of your staff members. Thanks to detailled planning as well as targeted implementation and deepening, everyone will benefit from an ETT customer training in the end.

RELOCATION

Relocation of a packaging machine – carried out by experts

No matter whether it is a new or used packaging machine, if it has to leave its present installation site for whatever reason and be re-installed at a new location, our ETT experts will be at your side and support you with their knowhow and expecience. We cover all stages from project planing to implementation and make sure that your packaging machine gets from one installation site to the next without damage and longer downtimes.

Retrofits

From outdated to state-of-the-art – we upgrade your packaging machines

Despite regular maintenance, the service life of a packaging machine is unfortunately limited. But with a complete overhaul at the right time, its service life can be increased. All critical parts are replaced and the control system is upgraded to the latest state of the art. Even if the investment in new packaging equipment is not yet worthwhile for you, a retrofit upgrade is a favourable alternative that will pay off.
